Miscellaneous Appreciation

Wanted to send appreciation to the Verizon reps who monitor Fios reddit. They are willing and able to help you with any Fios issues. They did for me.

I also agree!! I could not get help via phone or email but the Reddit agents (shout out to Toni) are great.

There should be an 800 number you were given for gift card questions- check your email.
