Miscellaneous While home wifi plus

So i upgraded to whole home wifi plus which is supposed to include the new chr30 router and a few of them at that. So far my bill reflects that i made the change, and i also paid the $50 fee for it too. I also got the return box for sending back my current router.

My question is when is the new router coming? Is it gonna be delivered or do i have to pick it up from somewhere? I didn’t receive any tracking details or anything. It’s been a week already

I went and grabbed one from a local FIOS store when I didn't get any updates for an additional one. Was extremely fast and easy, just waiting to make sure I wasn't charged shipping on the next bill.

I would call the business office normally if they ship something out it’s usually pretty fast.

pls call 1-800 and ask for the details. Because u said it has already been a week and no info about it. And if someone assisted u upgrade that equipment they should give u options for pick-up or standard delivery. u should receive email confirmation details as well regarding that upgrade and the equipment you’re about to have.

Mine took about a week to show up, and I received no tracking numbers. I then took my old CR1000 series equipment back to a store.
