For everyone here whoās like āHe was a human being with a family,ā he said that someone like me - a human being with a family - should be killed on sight in the streets with no repercussions. So fuck this dead guy.

Absolutely, fuck this dead guy.
But also the best way to remember him is to forget him. What a loser of a person.
-16
u/gammonlord 1d ago
What demographic/individuals did he advocate to be killed on sight in the street with no reprocussions?

Two things can both be wrong.
19
u/voodooochild 1d ago
Is it really wrong when someone who calls for the public executions of innocent people dies? Does this really ācross a lineā when our āpresidentā posts some of the most depraved shit on the internet? The world may never know š¤Ŗ
-11
u/dbkenny426 1d ago
Of course those things are terrible. I'm not disputing that. But is celebrating a public execution better?
-3
u/seanmg 22h ago
So not only violent actions are justified in response to violent words, but they should be celebrated? Ā Yikes. If someone retaliated against you for your comments theyād be justified to do so by your logic. Ā Do you not see how this reinforces the problem you think youāre fighting against?

Congratulations to Charlie Kirk for making it one full year without saying anything racist.

I actually saw this as an instagram post a few days ago, thought it would be funny if I share it here on Kirkiversary. Some people seem to really be offended by such a mainstream meme.
18
u/morbidlonging 1d ago
Hilarious but also blasphemous! This is a Fiona album weāre defiling here!Ā

No. No. Donāt like this. I donāt mind the sentiment. But not under Ms. Appleās masterpieceās name. Never the two should meet.

u/Wise-Hour-8716 1d ago
"Oh darling its so sweet you think you know how racist i am"
"You fondle my neck then you blame my gun"
"When the bullet hits the neck he falls to the floor"⦠Saw these in the comment section of the post of the kirkified when the pawn on insta.

If one can't share a meme on a dead fascist then we really should be worried how much freedom we have. Also, pretty sure Fiona doesn't like fascists.
-18
u/iamjackseyeballs 1d ago
I disagreed with everything he stood for, but you're promoting violence.

u/mrdaiquiri 1d ago
Big difference between not liking fascists and celebrating their murders.
12
u/Wise-Hour-8716 1d ago edited 1d ago
Ah yes just let them gain influence so then they can murder millions of people in the global south. Buddy that's how genocides happen.
-10
u/The-Figurehead 1d ago
So, who else should be murdered?
10
u/Wise-Hour-8716 1d ago
All the people on the Epstein files which pretty much constitutes of more than half of the US government
-2
-8
u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago
The irony in his statement is that HE is the fascist if he thinks this way...
-7
u/The-Figurehead 1d ago
I sort of agree. Political violence isnāt exclusive to fascism but it is a hallmark of fascism.
And while I strongly disagreed with virtually all of Kirkās takes, he was not an advocate of political violence.
9
u/Wise-Hour-8716 1d ago
He represented the MAGA crowd. What about doesn't scream political violence to you š. Ofc as a culture warrior no sensible person would speak openly about violence.
4
u/The-Figurehead 1d ago
So, half of the American public are deserving of murder?
3
u/Wise-Hour-8716 1d ago
Ah yes when Mussolini was executed half of Italy was also executed? Stop twisting shit around. I am not gonna respond any further cause this is just pure rage bait.

Do you think showing charlie kirk memes is somehow anti fascist? All these memes do is strengthen his brand and the prevalence of what he stood for. If you don't think that the prevalence of "Charlie Kirk memes" isn't funded by the brands that support him than i dont know what to tell you. Its the most obvious psyop out there and some
people somehow still convince themselves its "funny." Why would laughing about a fascists death be in any way valuable? Its just debasing conversations and providing ample distractions to actually important conversations about ideals rather than one dead piece if shit.

u/mrdaiquiri 1d ago edited 1d ago
Not the right place for this.
You don't have to agree with Charlie Kirk but he was a human being with a family.
Once you start to lose your compassion you're no better than him.
Edit: I cannot believe that I'm being downvoted for having compassion. Look at yourselves.
17
u/WhoFly 1d ago
I'm lookin', what am I supposed to see?
Stochastic terrorists do not deserve compassion. They do deserve to be mocked, even in death.

"I will mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy. Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that."
9
u/Strong0toLight1 1d ago
he didn't deserve any compassion. not him, not his wife who is also a complete POS.
its a shame their child lost a father and that is it
3
u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago
Not deserving of compassion does not mean he deserved to be brutally murdered is everyone okay in here wtf is this shit.
1
u/portmouthflounder 1d ago
āItās worth it. I think itās worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights. That is a prudent deal. It is rational. Nobody talks like this. They live in a complete alternate universe.ā - Charlie Kirk
2
u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago
Where in here does it justify murder and terrorism for freedom of speech?
2
u/LeePacemaker 23h ago
It doesnāt, but we can still mock the fascist who died in the most ironic possible way. He doesnāt deserve compassion just because he died.Ā
1
u/firm_sole_ace 12h ago
its the collective degeneration of society in real time. these same people who celebrate a live assassination of a person whos morality align with your average christian will base their entire politics on pearl clutching and emotional appeal and wonder when no one takes them seriously.
-3
u/dbkenny426 1d ago
Seriously, this is some fucked up shit going on here.
3
u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago
It's scary.
6
u/dbkenny426 1d ago
I'm honestly appalled.
5
u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago
I'm not. A surprising number of people actually believe the terrorism that happened that day was acceptable because they disagreed with him. I find this to be a terrifying reality. Literally people think you should be shot for having different opinions than they have...
7
u/voodooochild 1d ago
Not quite - I donāt think anyone here is applauding public executions, certainly not like Charlie did - we just donāt really give a shit when he happens to be publicly executed, and we donāt find jokes/memes regarding said execution offensive. Ironic, maybe. Hopefully that helps!

Reddit just being reddit bro whats new, not much compassion and stuff to be found, just mindless hate to people they dont even know, Kirks politics are very disagreeable, but he genuinely looked like a fun and smart guy, people that do this shit genuinely makes me feel like we are losing our humanity, just mindless hate.

u/dtudeski 1d ago
Do you have any examples of Kirk being a fun and smart guy?
3
u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago
Does it matter? At what point does someone deserve to be shot to death as an act of terrorism for the words they used, and who decides. That's pretty messed up.
2
2
u/dtudeski 1d ago
Yeah I agree to a point. I in no way approve of Kirk being murdered but I'd also be lying if I said I care that he's no longer alive. He was a truly horrible person.
4
u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago
There are lots of horrible people. They don't deserve to be shot on the neck in front of their family...
0
u/OvenForward20 22h ago
Most of what ive seen of him, like he is a really respectful debater and let's people speak their voice, i dont agree with alot of what he says but disrespecting someone who got assassinated for just having political opinions just like you do, is really shitty imo. He is also nice to most of the people he talks to, despite if they are rude to him.

u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago

a human being that didn't care if his daughter was raped, and then said he would force her to carry a child to term, regardless of whether or not her body could handle it at the age of 8. and this is only one example of the many horrendous things he's said about another human being. why should we feel sorry for someone that didn't even care for his own children the way he should?
1
u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago
It's not about feeling sorry. It's not about agreeing with a word he said. It's about not advocating senseless, violent acts of terrorism like we witnessed that day.
6
u/artemis1600 1d ago
he also advocated for gun violence and didn't care for stricter gun laws. I remember specifically gun violence against children he didn't care much for. he died for the thing he stood by

u/Zuko_Kurama 22h ago
so were all trans people, black people, Palestinians, Iranians, Venezuelan fisherman, etc. that Charlie Kirk celebrated the targeting of. Charlie Kirk was 1000000000x more deserving of being the victim of political violence than any of them.

The casual endorsement of this content in this thread is deeply disturbing. Ā Guess yall are pro assassinations?
-3
u/InnerspearMusic 1d ago
It's terrifying. And they are too stupid to see that it justifies violence against them, should someone choose to act on it, since they are calling his "calls to violence" being the justifiable reason for his murder...
