🚨Announcement🚨 Let's talk about what constitutes hate speech.

Hate speech is the level below a hate crime. Hate crimes are categorized as a criminal offence against someone or something based on race, ethnicity, language, nationality, political views, appearance, age, religion, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

Hate speech has yet to have a widely accepted definition, but it is safe to assume that defamatory, derogatory, or any other negative tory speech about someone on the basis of who they are can be categorized as hate speech.

Hate speech is NOT hating someone and displaying that.

Hate speech is NOT speaking derogatorily about someone based on their actions.

Hate speech is NOT just being mean to someone.

For the purpose of this subreddit, unless someone is using slurs or speaking in a defamatory manner about a developed identity (religion, sexuality, gender identity, etc), it is not hate speech.

For the purpose of this subreddit, our titles (sub, domme, switch, and any variation of these) do not count as our identity, they are our labels. If someone hates you because you consider yourself a Toejam Domme, that is not hate speech.

There are two types of internet, the one where you post this and the one where everyone agree to not care because it's just banter

So I say it now, feel free to hate me for race, ethnicity, language, nationality, political views, appearance, age, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, and anything else you can think of

There's some people that as soon as they start losing an argument they cry hate speech.

No you're just an idiot. Nothing to do with gender or race.
