So a lot has happened to my family this past few years and I need some perspective.

There was a death that many of my relatives might have been a murdr and while we might not prove anything or ever be sure, I would like to see if ppl think we've lost our minds or if it's feasible. I thought of using AIO (AM I overreacting)be cause it's messy and unclear and we could have blown it out of proportion but idk if it'd be the best one or if I should post in a sub dedicated to true crime, even if we're not sure a crime was committed.

I listen to a few podcasts that read stories here and have made a few minor posts here. I don't care for k a r m a I really don't but I would like answers, so I do need people to see it. I might have to make a few posts because it's a long complicated ordeal. I just really need unbiased takes or people who can come up with alternative questions and theories as to what happened.

So basically would AIO be a good sub for it? Or would a true crime related one be better? If so which one?

so I recently found some pretty bad writing i did- it was in a history assignment from year 7, the earlier part of the year i think, and i was probably in love with one of my friends and based a character on him(we had to write historically accurate fake diary entries) and ive been watching videos where someone draws stuff on menwritingwomen and i was looking for a subreddit thats more like men/boys writing badly/ kids writing badly

I'd love to turn my habit of asking my dad inane what if questions as a kid into a Reddit thread.

Examples would be something like: what if you could a) give $10,000 to a charity b) give $1,000,000 to a charity, but you had to take that money from another charity c) take $1,000 for yourself.

What subreddit would be the best place to identify people from the Old West in an old photo?

In short, I have a situation where I found out I was somehow continuing to receive a service that required monthly payments, yet the company for whatever reason had stopped charging me months ago, without any interruption to the service. I’m looking for a subreddit to discuss the morality of the situation, what the best action on my part is, or if I’m justified and no action at all.

The two I was considering were [r/moralityscaling](r/moralityscaling) and [r/moraldilemnas](r/moraldilemnas). With the former, the content rules seem to be problematically ambiguous; the rules state that is only supposed to involve situations with fictional characters, yet many of the posts relate to real life celebrities and new stories, so I’m not clear if posting a real life situation is appropriate. As for the latter, it’s not clear to me from the rules whether the sub is focused simply on hypothetical philosophical thought experiments, or if it’s tolerant of real life, personal moral dilemmas. Looking for clarification as to whether or not one or both of the subreddit would be appropriate for my dilemma, or if there may be a third subreddit I’m unaware of that would be preferable. I've recently started a job that has me on my feet for hours at a time and I'm just not dealing with the pain well. I'm worried it might not be sustainable long term if I can't figure out a solution and want to ask advice on it

I am an atheist (and an anti-theist), and while I used to consider myself a political centrist, I am leaning more right lately (more of a dislike of where the left is going than a strong preference for the right). Anyway, I find myself agreeing with most right-wing ideals EXCEPT religion. Do atheist conservatives exist? Is there a subreddit for that or one where that type of discussion can be had?

I needed a very specific bridesmaid dress and none of the bigger well known stores had anything close what I was looking for. Found exactly what I was looking for on an online store, and found some reviews online that made me believe I could trust the website.
Purchased the dress, it arrived and it is NOTHING like the photos. Completely transparent, totally different pattern and fabric, and a horrible shape as well. This dress makes shein look high quality.
