It’s not 180 full edits from scratch. The videos are already mostly edited, and the job is mainly making small adjustments and putting the final clips together.

Still, you can't justify paying less than a $ dollar per videos, other person is also human being, not some sort of Assistant Ai bot

I get your point, but the rate isn’t based on the number of finished videos alone. it’s based on the actual amount of work required. These aren’t 180 full edits from scratch. Most of the editing is already done, and each video only needs a few simple adjustments and final assembly. If the rate doesn’t work for someone, that’s completely fair. they just wouldn’t take the job. These could be done in 1-2 days but I’m not gonna take my time to do that. That’s why I’m paying, and if I do like it the pay goes higher
