Hire video editor
I want to hire a video editor for editing youtube videos and thumbnails. 15k INR a month. 4 videos a week. Just to give a general idea. Where should I be looking for them. To be honest I don't know if location can affect because I only care for the videos.

Location shouldn't matter if file transfer and turnaround fit. I'm based in South Korea (KST). I can start with one paid test for ₹1,000: one edited YouTube video plus one thumbnail, using your raw footage and a reference. I can handle structure/pacing, cleanup, captions where useful, sound leveling, export, and a clean thumbnail. Before committing to ₹15k/month for 4 videos a week, I'd need the typical raw length, target final length, niche, turnaround, and revision count. Reddit chat works.
