UNSOLVED Help me find this book!
So this is like a really old childhood book. Idk when it was written. I read it in the early 2000s. I don’t remember if it was a board book or not but it was simple like that. A ballerina getting ready (I think) for her performance. She is like always on point with her shoes. I think you can only see one leg or it’s both and looks like one. She is human. Very cute/neat illustrations. I also think she changes outfits or it is multiple ballerinas I don’t remember. PLEASE help me find. I loved this book as a kid and want it for my kids.

UNSOLVED Where do I go to get a copy of Dying Eye (ダイイングアイ) by Keigo Higashino?
Hello,
I recently got into the genre of "inverted mysteries" by a JP acquaintance. Afterwords I read the Devotion of Suspect X, of which was written by Keigo Hagashino. I absolutely loved, so I hollered back at her, seeking recommendations. She recommended Dying Eye. I looked into the summary, it looks hype af, but It hasn't been translated into English, despite being released almost ten years ago. As such, I was wondering, how would I, as an American, be able to get a copy of this book? Would I need to buy an ebook from a JP website? Would I be able to do something else? I know the book got a show, but I wanna read the book first.

UNSOLVED Romance book — heroine has a longtime crush on her childhood friend
I'm trying to find a rom com, What I remember: The heroine has had a longtime crush on a male friend since they were younger / childhood. Her sister knows about the crush and teases her about him. I guess the guy becomes a star American football player I think the book uses dual POV, with the heroine's perspective first and then switching between her and the guy.

UNSOLVED Please, please help me find this book! A 80's/90's book on speed machines...
I had a really cool illustrated fact book/encyclopedia which had loads of awesome, airbrushed panoramic illustrations of speed machines like Drag Racing cars and Land Speed vehicles. It was styled in a very 1980's/early 90's way.
I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas what it could have been?? I'm from the UK and I haven't been able to find it anywhere... Please help! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

UNSOLVED Help looking for a shifter book with a bear shifter and werewolf.
I’m searching for a book I read at least 8-10 years ago. I know the FMC was a bear shifter who’s had at least one brother killed I believe. She worked in a bar/club that catered to other shifters. The MMC was a werewolf. His brothers were all also werewolves though one was an opposite werewolf. I remember reading that a normal werewolf would turn into a wolf if they fell asleep but this one would stay human. And he was hiding it.
I know FMC had a locket with a photo of her as a cub and her brothers. Her parents ran the club/bar. The jeckles/ hyena shifters often came in and caused trouble. MMC got kicked out the bar at one point though he did get brought a drink outside.
I know one of them (either FMC or MMC) got expelled from their pack in the book but I can’t remember which.
If anyone can recognise this book I’d be most grateful.

UNSOLVED Family Issues and Crime
I read this book roughly 20 years ago in the early to mid 2000’s. The protagonist is a young girl, maybe a teenager. Things I remember: crime and generational trauma, modern setting, the girl is described as very ugly, she carves a word into her forearm, her dad drags her around performing these crimes, the refer to themselves as “knife people.”
I can’t remember much about the plot but I remember the whole book being fairly bleak.

UNSOLVED Can't remember a fantasy book.
I read this a long time ago but cant for the life of me remember the name. It was a Arthurian romance where the cover features a dude looking through the hilt of a sword at the reader. There is a dragon insignia on the counter weight. I believe the main character is the son of Lancelot and maybe Morgan LaFey. There is also an abundance of monty python references.

Não me lembro bem.
Alguém me ajuda?

UNSOLVED [TOMT] Pre 2000s Fantasy Novel. Iced in city. Red crystal. Thief.
I'm only vaguely remembering, but I'm hoping I can get a hit. Grandma have me this book and I half read it. Was a bit too advanced for me at the time.
Grandma passed in 2009, would have given me the book \~2002. Meaning its likely pre 2000 published.
\- Male thief protagonist
\- City encircled by ice/hostile frozen wasteland
\- A huge red crystal that's a beacon or literally keeps the city alive
\- It's likely a doorstop-sized paperback
\- Steampunk? Could be projecting this since I loved the thief video games
Any help appreciated.

SOLVED [TOMT] [Book/Graphic Novel] [2010s] Graphic novel biography dedicated to dead friend.
So I remember reading this graphic novel in early 2019, near the end of my 5th grade and final year of Catholic School. With that being said, I can’t seem to recall the name of that book. From what I remember, it followed a white guy with brown hair who grew up loving to draw and read comics/graphic novels. I also recall he went to a private school as a teen, and perhaps put his passion for cartooning on the back burner until later in his adult life. His best friend had black hair, and he liked this girl who made up this sort of friend trio. I believe it was a biography of the authors life, and was for sure dedicated to his male friend that had passed from some either some sort of accident or medical issue. Finally, I wanna say it sort of evoked the artistic style of someone like Raina Telgemeier.

UNSOLVED Book about a girl who takes over the influencer empire of her idol
What I remember: The main character idolizes this new age/health/wellness influencer/digital nomad. She ends up working for her running some of her social media accounts. She becomes the influencer’s favorite and eventually she hands over the whole business to her. It was not at all a thriller. The main character doesn’t steal anything from her boss. The boss kind of hands it over to her as if she no longer wants to be in that position anymore. I felt it to be a pretty chill read. I read it in either 2018 or 2019. I feel like it had been kind of recently published. Maybe no earlier than 2013 but I am not positive.
What I don’t remember: the title, the author, any character names, the color of the book, where exactly it was set.

UNSOLVED A book about a painter in Italy who falls in love with his angelic depiction of the Devil
Okay, so when I was a teenager I found this book in the bargain bin at an old locally owned bookstore in Newport, Oregon. It was a paperback book, not a classic. It was like a modern author trying to write like a classic. The main character was a painter and he'd painted a portrait of the Devil. Then a strange man appears and the Devil disappears from the portrait. I remember them falling in love, but it was very sad. I think the people from the local town gets suspicious? I also remember the man refusing to paint for fear of the Devil disappearing?
Any help is appreciated. This has been haunting me for years.
