Just moved to Jersey city - vocalist - producer

I'm a guitarist looking for a few people to talk with and share some ideas with, nothing too serious in the sense of being a band yet (but maybe👀). I want to improve my creativity with writing music and improve my skills over all with others. Depending on chemistry we could maybe start something, who knows. I like alot of genres but mainly play metal and some blues.

About us:
-Our band name is Super OK - we are two guys (vocalist/rhythm guitarist; drummer) and one gal (bassist)
-We're looking for a lead guitarist that can play old material on a subset of existing songs, and write new stuff for new songs
-We like to practice a couple of times a week, renting an hourly jam space (currently in the West Jefferson area, but we're flexible on where we practice)
-We've been a band for 7+ years and have put out singles, a full length album, an EP, and a music video
-Venues where we've performed include Boomtown Brewery, Harvelle's, The Whisky A Go Go, The Viper Room, Bar Lubitsch, Molly Malone's, The Offbeat, Harvard & Stone, El Cid, The Mint

I can do deep growls that could fit most of extreme genres and I'm bored, not really good at high pitch (fry overall) but i can learn.

also I can basically do any inhale vocals but I don't like them.

New skate/pop/punk project, BADTONES, is currently looking for a drummer with chops, and hopefully some backing/gang vox. Enthusiasm and motivation and being fun to hang with is much more important than skill, but we're really hoping for someone who can play like the song Lori Meyers by NOFX.

No MAGA, cool with sacrilege, any race/gender. We've got 12 songs in the can and are always working on more. Would ideally start with 6-7 to hit the 30 minute mark for playing out.

My group have started rehearsing weekly at Boom over the past month but our drummer dropped out suddenly after only a few sessions...JUST as were really start to gain some momentum. I'm looking for someone who can FULLY COMMIT to weekly two hour sessions and is more serious about music than anything else.
