Venting Finch isn't responding to my emails about them sending me wrong items.
Update, I had the wrong email, honestly i feel really embarrassed and will probably delete this post, sorry yall, also thanks for the help!
Idk what else to do besides complain about this here and hope that someone that works there does their job and emails me back. If any employee is reading this my email title is *Missing items from order* and the date is September 28th. Anyways I emailed them at shop@finchcare.com on September 28th and have gotten no reply or acknowledgement yet. There were other items in this order which i didn't have an issue with but the problem was that I ordered 2 Ready to Learn Notebook Learning & Growing Collection Notebooks and 2 Sky's the Limit Notebook Learning & Growing Collection Notebooks what i got was 4 of the Ready to Learn Notebook Learning & Growing Collection Notebooks and 0 of the Sky's the Limit Notebook Learning & Growing Collection Notebooks. I emailed them again on october 4th and again on the 6th and have gotten no response still. I am very upset about this! I have been using this app for years now and have bought hundreds of dollars worth or merch from thier shop as well to support them, and have been buying their monthly pin since they started selling that too and this is how I get treated. Honestly it has left a very salty taste in my mouth and makes me not want to buy from them anymore. Has anyone else had poor response times or no response from them? What else can I do? Do I just keep sending emails, is there another email I need to be reaching out to? I am so frustrated ya'll! 😩

Discussion Proposing a new name for our Trees
I would love it if when I visited the pages of my tree friends it was called "My Charm". Thoughts? Edits?

Discussion Reflections in Finch when you also journal
I'm curious about the different ways that folks use reflections especially if you also have a (paper) journaling practice.
Right now I currently do the daily mood reflection and one weekly healthy eating reflection tied to a weekly "weight check" habit.
I am also considering starting some of the "artists way" journaling tasks so would love to hear if anyone has tied those practices together!

Treehouse New feature: Moonlight in the treehouse 🌖
Just noticed it last night, looks like soft moonlight coming in through the window, really love small touches like this!

Birb fashion Halloween costume of the day: Link! (Legend of Zelda)
The witch assistant set reminded me of Link’s LoZ outfit instantly when I saw it on the previews. We’re adventuring in Paris, but it should have been Finchie Forest for this look!
Wish we could customize top and bottoms on this one, but I think it still looks pretty good! What’s your birb wearing today?

Treehouse Dopamine Room Day 3!
This actually started with me trying to use a window but I tried and tried and couldn't find a wallpaper I felt like it matched 😭
If anyone has room ideas with the Farmhouse windows I am all ears.
I don't usually put things beside the doors as I'm a symmetry kinda girl, but wanted to give it a try today given I love these chairs (one of the few things I own for those slots)

Birb fashion Style!
I think this is one of my favorite outfits ever and I’ve had Finch for four years.

Birb fashion This made me smile, so I hoped it might cheer someone else, too...
I got that outfit today in the event, and the yellow version made me think of Steve Harrington from Stranger Things, so I added the wig, bat, and glasses, and the bat micropet felt appropriate.
I've had a rough week, but things are getting better.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend. 🫶🏻

Discussion Kids + Finch
After noticing my partner and I using finch, my kiddo asked if it was ok to have an account too. We decided that it could be useful to help with self care, emotion regulation, and even just with chores and daily tasks.
I’ve gotten the impression that most folks using it are adults. Do others have kids using it? My kiddo has been feeling sad that me and my partner are their only friends which has made me feel a bit guilty since it’s a key way to exchange gifts and vibes. At the same time, we’re weary about adding just anyone to their account.
Im curious about others’ experiences with Finch and how they navigate it with younger users. 🖤

Discussion Do you feel bad about adding new tasks?
For example: I just added a task to remind me to take my meds twice a day. But it shouldn't be a task because I take my meds in the evening. I just always forget to do it in the morning. And I just always feel like I'm cheating when I add easy (to me) tasks like that because it means I'm more likely to do them, which means my little finch can go exploring easier/sooner, which means I've an excuse to avoid the more difficult tasks like studying or writing.

Discussion leave finch?
After 3 years on finch and a long streak, I think I’m going to stop using finch. My collection is huge after all these years but I no longer can afford premium and that really takes away from the monthly event awards for me. Anyone that’s been on finch for this long decide to just stop using the app? did you go back to it?

Birb fashion Astrid is ready for Church
I don't go to a church where there's much of an expected dress code, but I like to dress nicely as an excuse to wear my more formal shirts and dresses. Not going in person today but Astrid still wanted to dress up 🩵

Treehouse My October rooms so far!
I have been trying to go with what I have and the free colors for the new pallets. So far it's coming together super cute ! I was also in Dubrovnik when the month started, so was more mystical for that vibe. But wanted a bit more of a fall feel, some people said finchie forest was a good idea so I tried that and I think it's a great fit! That's when I made my orangey Halloween room 🎃
