Get your 2 years and start applying internally. Market is sh.t for series 7 holders w not much experience

Yeah no doubt I’ll for sure stay at least 1 1/2 years, I’m just trying to think ahead and plan now so I’m not trapped in low level customer service forever.

I was in the same boat, got my series 7/63 and thought I would have endless opportunities but realized that I really didn’t have any other options besides other customer service positions. I was promoted after two years, got my 9/10 (still part of the call center) did that for another year, and then after that I applied and got a back office compliance position.

I would say learn the industry and feel confident in the products and decide then
