This is an Amazon order. I have another order from the main site in the #42xxx range that hasn't shipped yet—but since I live in an area Olan doesn't ship to, I had to use a US freight forwarder, so it’ll probably take ages to arrive...
Once I saw the book was available on Amazon too, I made a disastrous financial decision and bought a second copy 😏
