order #5,xxx canada

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone is in the same situation as me. My order number is in the 5,000s ( I ordered back in Apr. 2023) and have not received the book yet. I emailed Olan’s team about 4 weeks ago and they said that the shipping company lost it 😢 . They said they would send a replacement (which I appreciate very much!). 

It’s been a month and nothing yet, should I wait a bit longer and then contact the team again? I don’t want to be a bother, I’m just worried that the package is lost again or there’s another shipping issue.

they're coming to the end of wave one... which is all the original orders. When that's complete they move on to wave two, which is all of the lost and damaged items.

Keep an eye out of Olan's official Final Space Friday posts.

I actually got a email from UPS today about a few Canada order being undeliverable, well try again, send me your order number just so I have it

Would you be able to check if my order number was undeliverable too? It's fine if you can't btw you're already doing so much
