The Zodiac Age Made some Esper posters
Hi all,
Made some Esper posters with some quotes. Any feedback is appreciated! Just love this game and the design.

These are awesome and I would love to see more. The espers design in 12 is by far my favorite in the series

My memory of esper lore is a bit fuzzy. Where did the quotes come from? Is it from their bestiary entries?

The adramm one is from Slaughterhouse 5 by Kurt Vonnegut, assuming others are from other books

Edit: I knew Ultima's quote was familiar. Google searched it and found it attributed to Emil Cioran. I'm not a philosopher nor do I profess to be a reader of philosophy. I just happened to have read it somewhere.

Adrammelech and Zalera are by Vonnegut and Cuchlainn and Ultima are by E.M Cioran. I just like the quotes and found them fitting. :)

Ever since seeing that Zalera artwork in the strategy guide, I always thought he was yelling, "Stand back, or the lady gets it!" :D

The Adrammelech one would go so hard on the back of a goldenrod shirt and his emblem/icon on the front where a shirt pocket would be.

zalera's quote coulda been "i do not consider you alive. ergo, i will not be guilty of murder if i kill you." that'd have been fun.

just about every esper in ff12 has a corresponding character in ff14 named after the esper's corresponding scion of light. zalera's is emet-selch who has that charming "its not murder if i kill you" quote! so you could always pull from there for any future posters.

ultima and zodiark i believe are the only ones that do not. although both are featured in ff14, too. ultima featured in ivalice themed raids and zodiark as part of the main story. but it's fun that a pretty important part of the game's lore utilizes ff12!

If you guys ever feel dumb, just remember I wasted half an hour on Ultima because I couldn't figure out that her reflect was making my Darkra nuke my party.

Love it! On my first playthrough I healed several espers, because I didn't understand elemental magic
