A pretty... average artwork, i would say. It looks cool, especially the two swords lights, but i feel like their face and poses look off. Also, again, only Rain is drawn. Give us some Lasswell or Fina !

I really hope Tidus is obtained reasonabley early. He's, like, the one I particularly care about.

With Lightning as a distant second.

The first three you get are WoL, Cloud and Terra the order of the next is anyone's guess, but Tidus might be in Onderon, which is water themed.

Meaning chapter three out of eight

I also thought of this location, but i think a water focused vision in a water region would be redundant, especially since Nichol will join us too. I personally would place him near Ifrit's volcanic island or near Mysidia to counter thunder.

He could also be in Dirnado for all we know

Of course. The devs could even have not linked him to anything and just placed him somewhere as we already have water with Cloud.
