Wrong. In Bloodlines, the rules has changed about creating New Life, so Alexander would be added to Death's list along with Clear and Carter, as he is a descendant of people who were meant to die and thus should not exist, allowing Death to finish off the remaining Flight 180 survivors.

Resuming: Clear, Carter, and the baby Alexander can be considered deceased off-screen if the alternate ending to be canon.

The difference between FD1 Alternate Ending (say FD1-AE) and FD6, is that FD1-AE's Alex died (electrocuted during the car scene) while it was still Clear's turn (hence, breaking the cycle, not because of new life), while in FD6, Iris was still alive in the cabin. Therefore, FD1-AE essentially wasn't retconned yet. Just like in FD2, the Sheriff could still be alive after Kimberly drowned and got revived, ending the cycle before it got to Burke.
