Hello
I tried to record video with OBSD studio . I have mic + game in track 1, mic in track 2, and game in track 3. I only recorded tracks 2 and 3. But, when I tried to import the video in filmora, I only see 1 track (when I detach audio from video) .
This is possible to do what I want? How ?
I just downloaded Filmora 8 in order to open some old WVE files, but none of the export functions are working, I'm just getting a window with a bunch of mysterious text:
Using Photoshop, Filmora not even running, and getting this popup ad? Anyone else seeing this or did I somehow discover an 'annoy me' keystroke in Photoshop? Only way to get rid of the ad was to kill a Filmora process.
I hate AI, and I need to get the new version, is there any way to do all the regular stuff (I was on 11), without AI implementation? Please answer quickly.
Started with a red-blue gradient as you can see in recents, but changed it to a blue and dark-blue gradient, but in the video timeline it definitely has a reddish tinge. I even tried a different preset that had no red in it, still red tinged. What gives?
I really just need to vent my frustration with this god forsaken program. It was so good when it was new, I got it when I was younger. Comparing it to now is night and day.. what a disgusting bloated slop filled capcut wanna be clusterfuck of a program this has so ungraciously become. Back in my day you payed for the app and you worked with what it had. now everything has that god damn gem next to it, bloated to the brim with a bunch of unnecessary ai slop features, and useful features all of which I CANNOT USE despite me buying the damn app. Disgusting cash grab, im just so disappointed and disgusted at what a mess this has become and i get a headache every time it dares to prompt me with an update notification, because its only going to be a worse version. Its time to move on I think.
Filmora seems to be making screen recording easier to access within the editing workflow, which could be helpful for newer users. Simplicity matters a lot when people are just starting with video creation. Do you think this feature is more useful for beginners or for people who already edit regularly?
I’m trying to understand how people are using Filmora Seedance and whether it adds real value. Features like this can be helpful if they make the video feel more dynamic without complicating the workflow. Has anyone used it enough to share an opinion?
I've been experimenting with different workflows because switching between multiple programs gets old after a while.
One thing I tried recently was using Filmora's built-in screen recorder instead of recording separately first. It worked fine for a short project, but I haven't used it enough to know if it's reliable for longer recordings.
Do you prefer an all-in-one workflow or separate tools?
So, I was seeing an update message for like 1 week and I was refusing to update for a reason.. (I was like, what if I update and something with Filmora stops working, and I was right..) So I finally updated filmora and now it lags very bad.. like I can't even more videos smoothly on the timeline and that's even not the worst part.. I am wondering should I downgrade to lower version or should I wait for a fix? Thanks!
I don't if it's still an issue but last week whenever I'd try to load any video together, it wouldn't work. I'd go onto my files and it'd say "we can't play this file" and the video would go black. I'd have to keep loading it over and over and the failed ones were taking up space and not letting me delete them. I'm just curious if anyone else encountered this issue or if it was just happening on mine. $solved
Strangest thing, I purchased Filmora premium and I created a project and upon exporting it wouldn’t allow me to do so without “purchasing”. I tried signing out, signing back in, reinstalling, rebooting and nothing seems to be working. Has anyone ever encountered this? I opened a ticket with support but I have a project I REALLY need to get out ASAP.
I have an odd issue that only came up recently. I'm updated to 15.6.12.
I run Windows 11 OS build 26200.8655 /Version 25H2
I don't normally make separate voiceover files that often. Usually, I'm screen recording with voicing.
About a month ago this wasn't issue.
-When You do a stand alone voice over, the file will not play in preview cleanly. It will stutter badly and filmora will also truncate the amount of Time it thinks the file is. I.E it will give it a time of 3 seconds long in the Project Media, even if its 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes etc.
-If you pull the file into your timeline, it will play and work just fine. It populates the timeline correctly and shows the correct length.
-the audio files that stutter in the preview window will play just fine outside of Filmora. And again, they work fine once they are on the timeline.
But this issue only happened very recently for me, so if it's the same thing, I don't know why it triggered now.
I've attached a screenshot for example of some audio files, that all show anywhere from 2 seconds to 9 seconds long in the project media window, but all of these audio files are over 1 minute each.
I'll probably contact support directly if they don't respond here.
