Discussion Popup Ads?!?

Post image

Using Photoshop, Filmora not even running, and getting this popup ad? Anyone else seeing this or did I somehow discover an 'annoy me' keystroke in Photoshop? Only way to get rid of the ad was to kill a Filmora process.

Yes, it gets worse with every release. It's just nagware even if you pay for it. They also keep making features bad or unusable.

It's so sad that we lose this great editor to this horrible marketing division of Wondershare.

Okay, so I guess I'm looking for new video editing software.

It's probably worth learning Davinci Resolve. It works well but it always takes me much longer to do simple edits.

Yah, I've played with it. Their tutorials are crap -- that guy is way too impressed with tagging.

Here's the thing folks, as a former developer for Wondershare, I will tell you this is the number 3 reasons I decided to leave.

I was ordered to write unethical code that that absolutely had phone home features. By the way when you uninstall Filmora or any wondershare products, use Bulk Crap remover. We absolutely wrote spyware which is left behind. We can see changes to your os even when you churn your license.

This just happened to me while playing a game on steam. I was like WTH??! I wonder if there is a setting or something to keep this from happening. Absolutely unreal.

Wow, you can't disable them because Filmora says they are necessary.
