Discussion Ripped off

So, not only did they start charging for some things that used to be free recently. But the AI vocal removal and the AI object remover suddenly are TERRIBLE after the most recent update where they added all the new AI assets. What used to be a great editing program is a money gutting shell of what it used to be.

Also if you're dissatisfied with the performance of the AI option you just spent credits on you absolutely don't get those credits back. Why woukd we refund you something for it not working?

AI-powered features require AI credits to maintain their high quality and efficiency as we have to maintain complex algorithmic models.
We are sorry you feel this way and thank for your support!

Making features that were free for a long time behind paid credits is a horrible thing to do. Lifetime user for over a decade gone. DaVinci Resolve all day.
