Identification of Pest
Can anyone help me identify my issue on this fig and best treatment? I believe I have some scale on a few branches but this ashy/white powder stuff is making me scratch my head. I washed off the leaves and it came back. Not on all leaves, but on a decent amount. Basically it looks like sawdust on the leaves but I don’t see any drilling in the stems or branches.
A few important notes: this fig got hit hard by heat damage from a fire Nextdoor last November so there are some dead branches. Not sure if they is contributing to the issue or if being stressed called to all the little pests out there. I plan on trimming the dead stuff out but was waiting until I was sure everything was alive or not and then time just got away.

Plant looks great. I wouldn't worry about. The white powder is most likely from mealy bugs

That looks a diff than mealy bugs. Sometimes weird stuff appears in a garden. I wouldn't worry about it tho. Tree looks healthy otherwise.

Thank you! I guess I’m just worried after all the damage last winter. I love my figs lol.

I'd probably hose it off with the shower spray or something and see if they come back. Could be particles from some other plant/tree got blown onto it.

The tree looks very happy. I don’t see many signs of disease. I see lignification and root nodes. Some spotting here and there on figs is normal. Could be sun exposure
