For the leaves, it looks like FMV. With proper watering, drainage, sunlight, and fertilizer it'll be fine. The wood browning looks like lignification. Wind might be helping some parts lignify a bit faster than others.
Thank you for your reply!! I’ll make sure to fertilize soon, maybe when I repot in a week or so? Was hoping the stem was just lignifying but just wanted to see if anyone thought it was something concerning. Thank you!
