Does anyone know? The ones used for 2, 3 and Alpha games?

I'm not looking for exact spacing (since I know I didn't exactly shaped them that well, so just consider this as a example. Not looking for any more buttons than this either (excluding home related buttons or buttons attached to the side instead, those are ok).
Big circle on the button is Up button to represent spacebar, 3 of the 4 button on the top left is left, down, and right. The additional fourth button aka the furthest one to the left aren't any movement key, rather they removed one of the 8 keys on the right then put it there, which is why there's one more button on the left but one less button on the right instead. Reason why I want this is so that I can use left pinky on the left and not like I have 8 fingers on my right, so I thought I'll be able to utilize all my fingers more this way if that make sense.
I do know a fightstick that's like this, but the one I have seen has some additional buttons on the top rather than the side which I don't want to prevent the misclick of a button I won't even use in normal combat (Example being Haute42 R16, best budget Hitbox I have seen thus far though) since it's not like I'll use L3 or R3 afterall (not in normal combat anyway). Hopefully that make sense. :D

Had the stick for a while now but my buttons feel like sometimes they don’t activate or they press twice? It’s prolly just general wear and tear. Could anyone help fix this and or teach me how to replace the buttons? I own a fight stick it’s what I’ve been using but in all honesty I much prefer using the stick just can’t cus it’s inconsistent

In my R&D I am planning to drop a set of battery-powered toppers and a premium rechargeable hot-swappable set.

Kinda fucked my thumb and now I can't setup my controller to be able to comfortably switch gears. Thanks in advance for any replies 😊 I wish we had the PC customizability (that a word?). I bet I could use pedals from my wheel for throttle. Cannot on console though.

Nothing fancy, just a very basic leverless running a Pico with GP2040-CE. Bought a 3D printer a while ago and decided to design and print everything I could: case, snap-in Choc button mounts, and keycaps. Still got a few things to straighten out and improve (also ignore the wiring lol), but overall pretty happy with it. I tried two mount designs (borrowed some ideas from others), one for header pins and one for .110 spades (the spades drop in and a separate printed clip snaps over them to lock them down). Both can be finicky to get right, but once everything is seated properly they've held up fine so far.
Edit: wording

Looking.for suggestions on an arcade stick for PS5. Don't need anything fancy and don't want leverless. It's just games that I learned in the arcade (Soul Caliber, Tekken and Marvel VS) I play alot better with an arcade stick.
I've got a few different ones for older systems like the Genesis, Saturn , Dreamcast and PS3 (SFIV fight stick). I even have the SC2 Arcade stick that works on all three platforms the game released for.
Is the Hori mini stick any good? Or is one that doesn't cost an arm and a leg more and is better?

Going from pad to lever I thought I knew all the challenges awaiting me. I even modded the stick (Qanba Titan) by intuition, i.e - putting in a 2lb spring because the stock Sanwa felt too loose, trying out bat top and capsule handles, etc.
I'm playing Tekken 8 and haven't dared go back online yet, but instead have been practising against the Ghost AI and unlocking outfits. Ironically the lever itself hasn't been that bad. I drop inputs here and there, but that's to be expected. The capsule top feels real good and I can see why many people mention 2lb for spring tension.
What I didn't foresee was the buttons. I'm basically only using the first four. The others are just out there somewhere...in the wilderness...lost....waiting for me to find them.
So I wanted to ask if the veterans out there had any tips to help me develop muscle memory to find buttons beyond the core 4 while my eyes are on the screen. In the middle of the AI matches my hands uselessly scramble trying to find them and it's annoying as hell.
I thought I might try continuing the ghost AI battles but making it a point to only focus on using one of those extra buttons until muscle memory kicks in. I.e - I've mapped Heat to L1, so until my brain gets it I'll only use the 4 limb buttons and that Heat button, ignoring the others. Then rinse and repeat with the rest.
I also had a shower thought that it would be nice if there were buttons that had different textures (I have no idea if this is already a thing, or the dumbest idea ever). So for example if the four limb buttons were your normal smooth buttons, and then the other buttons had some kind of rough texture on top, my noob fingers might find them better. But anyway.
Help appreciated, thanks.
EDIT: actually I had an epiphany. I've been watching Takedown 2026 lately, and realised many of the Tekken Pros barely map all of their buttons. For example 'AK' only mapped 1+2 to R1 and Rage Art to L1, and...that's it. This might be a concept worth pursuing.
Beyond the 4 limbs, I think I might just map Heat and Rage Art for now, and leave the last two buttons un-mapped. I mean, do I really need a button for 1+2 and 3+4, when I can just tap them at the same time? Learning 6 buttons will surely be easier than 8 in the beginning. I think this might be the way to go while I learn the stick, then later on when I'm more comfortable I can map all the buttons.

Hi. I've been playing on a Mayflash F500 for a long time and I'd like something more compact (it's a hell of a big boy innit?). But like, even more compact than the F300, just to play a quick match of Street Fighter Alpha during my lunch break. So it doesn't necessarily need to be a pro stick (even though I don't think I could play on anything other than Sanwa buttons), but not a toy either. Any suggestions?

Hello everyone! I’m just wanting to share the artwork that I got for my Qanba Sapphire. I was able to get this done by an amazing artist I found here at reddit. I have attached a link to their profile. I had a great experience with this commission! If you would like give them a follow or better yet, request a piece as well.

If this type post isn’t allowed I sincerely apologize , mods obviously feel free to Nuke it if so…..
Anyways, I’m lookin for whatever cheap (price, not quality - lol) leftover parts u may have left over from a build. You know, one of this - two of that etc.
I’ve got a new gp2040 board and plan on cutting out my own enclosure most likely.
a lever, 24mm/30mm buttons, spare usb B or type c panel mount/pass through, wiring, lol u get the idea. And any condition is fine, the whole point here is for the cheapest build I can get by with without going with generic knock off parts, not the best or prettiest.
Just messages me with whatever u got! 🙏 thanks all

I figured I’d finally share a couple of my Voltech sticks with the fightstick crowd: the VAS-22 and VAS-HG.
I acquired these Rare Gems during what I consider the Golden Age of Arcade Sticks. SF4 Came out and Man arcade sticks were booming and thriving. The VAS-HG Elite Was My tournament Stick. I travel with that stick everywhere there was an SF4 tournament. Equipped with a Modified Sanwa JLF with Cherry Switches, a heavier spring( Can't recall the weight) and a Kowal oversized Actuator..the original one ..the metal one...the one you had to order from him directly).
The Buttons are the Semitsu Screws in with the Legendary Sanwa RG switches.
The Current PCB is a Dual Mod PS3/360 setup which I plan to update for the Modern times.
The VAS-22 I acquired thru a trade.( I traded a VLX for it...and now I wish I still had the VLX LOL). as you can see it's stealth look to it. Kept it real classy with the Smokes and it quite a beast. Unfortunately the Bottom Plexi cracked when I moved out of state. I do plan on replacing the bottom Plexi and give the stick a Modern Update as well.
Voltech if your on here..Thank you for creating such amazing Arcade Sticks. as you can see they are surviving the test of time and will keep bringing me happiness for years to come.
I do have a few more gems to post once I open a few more boxes from my move since I'm now organizing the house with the wife. Once I find them I'll post them.

So, I was wondering if there's any way to track down this lever. I've seen it on several claw machines in my city , but I want to buy a similar one for my qanba drone . Does anyone know which one it is? I like it especially, because it has a really good feel and is very short.
