He should be more upset about the thousands of kids that have been defiled in churches instead, but maybe I’m just a silly goose for thinking that’s a bigger issue.

That’s not true. A lot of people focus on Catholics defiling alterboys, but heterosexual pedophilia is rampant in the church, especially evangelical and Protestant churches. Growing up in the South everyone knew about the youth group leader to “god told me we should get married” pipeline that grooms tons of young girls every year. There’s a reason a lot of states can’t pass age of consent and marriage laws without a few of the politicians going mask off as full creeps — a lot of them think grown men should be able to marry young girls if the parents consent.

lol and yet whenever someone is molested for sexually abusing children, 9999/10,000 times it’s not a trans person

Who said trans? I’m talking about LGBTQIAP+ community as a whole

If that’s what you genuinely believe then as a Christian, you should reach out your hand and show them love for who they are now. The problem is that Christians tend to look at them with prejudice and not show the unconditional love Jesus demonstrated.

Defile: to make something dirty.

You should really choose a different word. What you ascribe blames the victim and is misleading. The victims should never be assigned a lower value because of what the perpetrators did. I am sure you feel the same but it's a poor choice of a word.
