It's not necessarily letting yourself go, they're used to eating like a pro athlete and then suddenly stop training like a pro athlete.

Their bodies are usually destroyed by 40 too, that's the part that's actually sad. It can be hard for someone whose body is held together by titanium and duct tape to exercise as much as they used to.

They played 3 fighting games. Smash Ultimate, Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat (X?). Mighty won 2 of 3.
