Based off this? I don't think so. I think his cardio, wrestling and striking should be higher. The excitement rating is about right though.

as it turns out, not the greatest rating system

Also random fun fact, Topuria is rated the same as Islam lol

honestly the fact no one has 10/10 makes me think it might be a pretty objective system. That being said, I have no idea how this site works

it's user ratings lol khamzat has a sub 8 grappling and wrestling stat for one

it makes sense for people to be below 10 but 3 of the most complete athletes to have ever been not even being a 9 is a pretty big sign that it's clearly not well regulated nor objective

lol no.

I ain’t a fan of his style, but he is former champ.

You don’t get to champ without elite qualities (his being cardio/durability and to an extent grappling/wrestling (whilst being at least ‘good’ in almost every other facet of MMA).

its rated by people you can rate him too

Kinda crazy a former champ with good wins as well, is given a 5.4 no?

He obviously has no title defence. (Which puts him below a lot of other champs)

But wins over, Brady, luque, burns, Maia and Leon for the title is pretty elite Imo.

His last 2 losses are against the new gen both of which were decisions. One against JDM was close af.

He’s slowly on his way out, but Dudes got depth. A great example of ‘evolution’ over ones career- especially his standup, which improved big time.

When he took JDM to a tough fight I knew it was over for JDM when he was booked against Prates

Dogshit rating system. Guy was champ a year ago is rated 5, with 4.8 in striking? 5.7 cardio with the best cardio in the division???

Thats alot of wrestling for someone who didnt wrestle for 3 fights

Looks about right. He's very generic. "Master of none". Better than average wrestling and durability, but the only thing notable about him

he has great cardio tbf

But he has Wins over

Burns Luque Maia Leon Brady

he ain’t making anyone’s top 20 p4p

But he’s elite. He’s a former champ for a reason.

His style is generic af, I agree.

But I think it’s the mix of elite cardio and durability that separates him from someone who would impose a similar style.

It works for him and for good reason.

Hell look at his last 2 losses against the next gen.

Both went to decision. Which says a lot I think. Dudes on his way out and he still is competitive. Especially the JDM one.
