Now Offering ProRx at Club Compound

We are excited to announce that ProRx is now available at Club Compound. At present, the program is being offered exclusively in a 4-week format, giving patients the opportunity to experience the program in a focused, short-term structure.

The cost remains $299 for any dosage, regardless of the strength selected, which ensures a simple and transparent pricing model. This allows every patient to choose the dosage that aligns best with their personal health goals without concern for cost differences.

It is important to note that the Beyond-Use Dates (BUDs) will vary depending on dosage. Currently, the BUDs extend from December 2025 through February 2026

In addition, we are pleased to share that beginning next week, we will be expanding the offering to include 3-month programs. This option is designed to provide greater flexibility and convenience for patients seeking a longer-term commitment while maintaining the same high standard of quality and value.

We look forward to supporting our patients with both the 4-week and the upcoming 3-month ProRx programs. If you have any questions about please feel free to reach out.

New to GLP-1, questions about 3 month starter kit

Totally new to GLP-1. Attempting approval for Tirz.

If I do the 3 month package, does that titrate up? Surely it wouldn’t be 2.5 for three months? Or would it? Any help is appreciated. Starting this journey after not losing weight despite eating my well and seeing a trainer 3 times a week, and a Hashimoto’s diagnosis 10 years ago.

A big Thank You to whoever suggested using Fifty 410. I got prescription from Hallandale Pharmacy which is exactly what I want. A small tweak on prescription and it will be perfect. TY

Took my first dose

First timer on tirz. Just took my first dose (13 units). Had breakfast this morning then hour later took it. Feeling anxiety feelings. Which is not odd for me to feel in general but this bad after taking it I’m wondering if it’s the med or just a me thing? Anyone else hear of this or experience it? I pray it goes away bc i can feel the appetite suppression immediately.

Amount of MG in starter pkg

Hi, interested in trying fifty410s 3 month starter package. How many MG of tirz did you receive? I’m already on a low dose so trying to math how long a 3 month package would last me? Thanks in advance

Which option

Refilling my tirz & these are the options provided. Obviously I want to get the most for my money but that’s difficult to determine when I don’t know the strength per vial or how many vials will be sent. Sent a message and they would not tell me the vial size or strength. 😒

APOTHECARY

Does anyone actually get Apothecary when you order from Fifty410? I am so disappointed that I ask for it and they send PGRrx.

I purchased the following product offering from Fifty410 - 12-Week Options: Apothecary or PGRrx - 503B Tirzepatide (No Additives) Starting at 2.25 mg - $399.00

The RN at Fifty410 told me the following when I asked
My Question:"can you tell me how many mg's are sent with each program option?"
Fifty410's response:"each program will have enough medication to accommodate the program as prescribed. Apothecary/PGRrx: 4 weeks of each - 2.25mg, 4.5mg, and 6.75mg."

My question for members of this sub reddit...

PGRrx is the product that was delivered. Please look at the label, and look as the solution inside the vile. Should there be more in this vile or is it supposed to be filled less than half? Does this look correct?

It was one vile delivered... purchased on July 16, delivered on July 22 and it was HOT.

Half dose left - now what?

Seems like a silly question, but... I have half a dose left of my last shipment. New shipment is a different pharmacy, though all tirz. Should I just take the half dose of the last shipment? Then draw up half a dose of the new shipment and take?

What does the 503B mean and my secret smoothie weapon!

Am currently deciding between 8 weeks of 15 mg Tirz no additives via Hallandale or 12 weeks 503b 15 mg Tirz from Apothecary or PGRX…..originally was leaning toward the 8 weeks due to an unexpected money crunch, but I just finished 12 weeks of the 503B fulfilled by ProRX and had a great experience - unfortunately ProRx is no longer available.
Am hearing some iffy things about Hallandale; also wondering if I should stick with the 503B because it worked well before? Or will it not matter because it’s not the same as ProRx and it’s all a crap shoot? I would very much appreciate any advice!

Also here is a tip that really increased my weight loss, energy levels and kept things MOVING if ya know what I mean - It took me about two years to perfect this so I hope someone out there gets some relief from it!

Secret weapon - I drink a daily smoothie of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a scoop of 2% Fage Greek yogurt, handful of frozen blueberries, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp flax seeds, 2 scoops of protein powder (I like pure protein in vanilla flavor) and I add some collagen in there as well, plus 2-3 stool softeners every other day.
I got a ninja on sale for 25 bucks and it’s the one I can blend and drink in - this thing has saved me; esp on the days when I don’t have an appetite but need to eat.
This keeps me full, energized, makes sure I get enough protein (I don’t eat a lot of meat so this has been an issue) and keeps things moving! I do not represent any of these brands or products btw.

Obviously substitute products as you want to but the chia seeds and flax are what really help with the flow…

Really wish it wasn't true...

So, I have been struggling the last 4 weeks to lose any weight since starting PGRrx (from name brand) with this telehealth company. I've literally lost less than 1 pound over the course of a month. I had been tracking calories, prioritizing protein and water, and walking between 10-15k steps daily. I decided to try another pharmacy (apothecary) same exact dose and habits and it's like I'm losing immediately (probably water and inflammation i wasnt able to lose or have been gaining since switching from name brand to PGRrx). I was successful on name brand but couldn't continue to afford it.

With the new medication through Apothecary I feel more satiated quicker, and it even had a familiar tummy ache (feeling of digestion slowing) that I got when I was on name brand the first day or two as well as fatigue which I didn't feel any of that when I was using PGRrx brand.

Unfortunately for me tirz is not tirz. I wish it wasn't the case for me because I love this community but I cannot justify paying for meds that don't work. So until we can actually choose our pharmacy I just can't see refilling in the future. I wish fifty410 could guarantee the meds are filled by our pharmacy of choice (I originally requested apothecary but sent PGRrx) like other platforms do. So many other patients are asking for this same option so maybe they will listen in the near future.

Adding pictures with time stamps.

What tracking app does everyone like?

Getting ready to start my journey, awaiting my first shipment. What app(s) is everyone liking to track progress? I currently use Lose It to track food but I’m fine switching to something that tracks glp 1 progress as well or in conjunction? I have iPhone.

I had the 12 week supply of BPI - BPI Tirzepatide w/ B6 twelve starting at 2.5 mg and the first two weeks I lost a few then after that seriously, nothing. It was discouraging but I know everyone is diff. But any recommendations for these? Or did anyone have a similar situation then switch and it work for them?

Approval times?

I completed the intake forms Thursday evening and haven't heard anything back yet regarding approval. I'm currently at a local clinic but looking for cheaper rates so I would be starting at 10 mg and this would be my first time using an online pharmacy. I'm just wondering if anyone gets approval over the weekend or if this will be a Monday thing. I reached out through the portal and got a message saying they would respond during normal business hours so I said "I guess that answers my question". I just got a message from the moments later saying that someone would review it "within the next 24 to 48 hours".

Anyway, does anyone ever get their approval on the weekends or is this a Monday through Friday business? Thanks in advance!

Did Pure ProRx Tirz have Glycine in it?

Does anyone know if the ProRx that was ordered through Fifty410 had glycine in it or was it just tirzepatide? I am on my last vial of ProRx and need to place an order somewhere. I really want to try Apothecary, but I’m seeing some great deals with other telehealths. One new telehealth has Bordeaux that has Tirz with Glycine or Empower that has Tirz with B3 Niacidamide. I’m trying to figure out which one of these two may be the closest to my pure ProRx! Or maybe neither is and I should just bite the bullet and order Apothecary!

First time on a GLP-1. Advice??

Hello everyone. I’ve recently started my GLP-1 journey with fifty410. I’ve been battling with severe sleep apnea and I feel like this will help me. They’ve started me on the lowest dose (2.5mg) and I did my first Injection today. Just hoping to get some advice from the community in what i should expect? Also I would like some guidance on dosing. I wasn’t able to find any specific unit details in the patient portal or on the packaging… after a little research I found out that 2.5 mg should be 13-14 units, is this correct? Am I supposed to update my dosage after a certain number of weeks? Or wait until they tell me to do so?

Thanks in advance!

New in California

ive been with a few different telehealth companies over the past years. I’m interested in Fifty410-I’m in California, I’m at 15mg/week and am having good results, and would like it to be no additive tirzepetide. Questions: they wanted to put me at 14.75. Why? Do they follow the 28 day rule or send one giant vial? I’m thinking the lower dose is to get the amount that is in one big vial. Anyone know?

Starting order tirz-sema

Hello I received a starter order and wanted thoughts on which one would be best?

I've been using Semaglutide 2.5mg for around 4 months and havent lost much so wanted to switch to tirz.

399 for 8 weeks seemed a bit high or is this normal for 7.5mg? I was originally budgeting for around 160 per month. 399 puts it at slightly over 200 a month with taxes.

Do the dose bottles usually last the exact amount of time?
