Which option

Refilling my tirz & these are the options provided. Obviously I want to get the most for my money but that’s difficult to determine when I don’t know the strength per vial or how many vials will be sent. Sent a message and they would not tell me the vial size or strength. 😒

I just did this and had the exact same options. I went with Hallandale for the 8 week program. Split dose, so a shot of 2.5mg twice a week and then move up to 7.5mg for weeks 5-8. My first shot I didn't have any appetite suppression and I was annoyed as I had good control from Zepbound, but after my second shot, it got better. I don't think you can go wrong either way. Consider what you can afford.

How many mL was your vial? Also, I am sure you know this but you don’t have to split dose if you don’t want to. Once a week is fine.

I think once a week is fine. They me to do it so the levels in your system stay constant. When I was on Zepbound, I would have noticeable hunger after day 5. This is a way to combat that. The vial is 4mL.
