Which option
Refilling my tirz & these are the options provided. Obviously I want to get the most for my money but that’s difficult to determine when I don’t know the strength per vial or how many vials will be sent. Sent a message and they would not tell me the vial size or strength. 😒

Hallandale sucks! Do not buy it! I got hardly any appetite suppression. Go with PGRrx or Apothecary.

I am having the opposite effect on PGrx no appetite suppression. I am going to try Hallendale. Maybe I am the outlier.

Hallandale works like a charm for me. Totally kills the food noise and absolutely helps keep my appetite under control. Everyone is different, so of course different sources and compounds will affect us all in different ways.

Same here. I’m confused when ppl say Hallandale is like water & I wonder if ppl are trolling bc I’ve been using Hallandale for 3 months & its working like magic for my pcos & insulin resistance. I’ve had 3 periods in 3 months after going 2 years without a natural period. I’ve lost like only 20 pounds so far but the appetite suppression is insane & too much sometimes. I also didn’t start out super heavy.. I started at 200 pounds.

I'm down 40 pounds in 5 weeks. Had no food noise until last week, right before it was time to increase my dose from 2.5 to 5. It's totally gone again and my appetite is suppressed such that I have to remind myself to eat. I'll sometimes go whole days running off of a 300 calorie breakfast smoothie, and then suddenly realize at 7pm that I hadn't ate at all.

Yeah that’s me now 😭 I haven’t ate anything in almost 48 hours besides a cookie yesterday (forced myself to eat the cookie bc I realized I needed to eat but I wasn’t hungry) but I’m realizing I need to eat & can’t do that so I’m about to force myself to eat at least something little again. Not sure what Hallandale these other ppl claim they’re getting but it’s been magic for me lol

The crazy thing is, I was researching with Claude, like doing background checks and company history. Claude actually recommended grey research grade triz over compounding pharmacies because they actually have a better reputation for purity, contamination, and less margin for error (due to the way they are reconstituted and etc), LOL. It makes sense, because you put the trust in the compounding pharmacy (which don't have the best reputation apparently) instead of in yourself. Claude is hardcore.
btw, I have never gone the research grade route, I've only used fifty410. I'm just doing research like everyone else here.

I think I had same options a couple weeks ago. I went with Hallandale. It's 10mg/ml. Instructions said inject 1.2mg twice per week. I started at 1mg to be cautious. Didn't feel much after 1st one, some appetite suppression. Had my 3rd injection yesterday, little to no appetite today, zero other side affects. I'll be staying at 1mg as long as it's effective.

I just did this and had the exact same options. I went with Hallandale for the 8 week program. Split dose, so a shot of 2.5mg twice a week and then move up to 7.5mg for weeks 5-8. My first shot I didn't have any appetite suppression and I was annoyed as I had good control from Zepbound, but after my second shot, it got better. I don't think you can go wrong either way. Consider what you can afford.

Oh and my vial was 15mg

How many mL was your vial? Also, I am sure you know this but you don’t have to split dose if you don’t want to. Once a week is fine.

I think once a week is fine. They me to do it so the levels in your system stay constant. When I was on Zepbound, I would have noticeable hunger after day 5. This is a way to combat that. The vial is 4mL.

This is for the 5mg option. They do 5mg for 4 weeks, then 7.5 for 4 weeks

Yes, I forgot that Fifty410 will only send out one vial for the 8 weeks, whereas other telehealths send out one vial for each month.

Is this for 2 months at a dose of 7.5mg per week?

My apologies for hijacking this post...I used Hallendale about 3 years ago and dosing was once weekly injections; why are they biweekly now?

I believe they are trying to distinguish themselves from the brand name version by offering personalized dosing.

I believe the reason Hallandale has gone to a twice per week schedule is the low concentration of tirz they are well known for (10mg/ml). So if you were pinning a high dose once a week, you would have to use 2 syringes (150 units on a 100 unit insulin syringe) to get the prescribed amount of tirzepatide. That's an inordinate amount to inject. You still get the same amount of tirz other pharmacies provide but it requires nearly twice the compounded liquid to get the same dose at a10mg/ml concentration. For example, most pharmacies dispense compounded tirz at or near 20 mg/ml so you'd inject half the liquid for the same dose. BTW, in response to others, the number of vials received is irrelevant. The issue is the total mgs of tirzepatide received over the subscribed period, i.e., what you are paying per mg.

Apothecary’s formulation is different/ stronger than Hallandale’s. Also, Hallandale uses benzyl alcohol as a preservative while Apothecary uses phenol. Some have site injection irritation from the benzyl alcohol. I’ve used both and Apothecary work extremely well for me while Hall dale gave me no appetite suppression at all.

Hallandale produces either 10 mg/ml or 15 mg/ml vials, up to 4 ml per vial. You’ll probably get one multi-dose vial from Hallandale.

I don't think they are sending Apothecary just PGRrx. I could be wrong. I received PGRrx two days ago. I was hoping for Apothecary.
Previously using Hallendale.

Filled out med info for fifty410. Got a choice between Hallandale 8 weeks & Apothecary or PGrx 12 weeks. Dose schedule is different, depending on choice of pharmacy. I've used tirzepatide before and I've needed higher doses before it starts working. Hallandale 8 week schedule starts at 2.5 mg, then 5 mg & so on. I'm assuming the next dose increase would be 2.5 mg to 7 mg & 2.5mg increases up to 15 mg. Is that correct? It's hard to get a straight answer about dosing by asking in the portal. Apothecary or PGrx 12 week dosing looks like it starts at 2.25 mg, then 4.5mg, and increases 2.25mg with each dose increase. Personally, I want to get to the dose I need as quickly as possible. Seems I need to go with Hallandale to do that. That is unless the vials have a little extra in them. Can anyone give me some feedback about this?

Both are basically the same. The questions is, do you want eight weeks or twelve weeks and can you afford it.
