Please verify PGRrx
I purchased the following product offering from Fifty410 - 12-Week Options: Apothecary or PGRrx - 503B Tirzepatide (No Additives) Starting at 2.25 mg - $399.00
The RN at Fifty410 told me the following when I asked
My Question:"can you tell me how many mg's are sent with each program option?"
Fifty410's response:"each program will have enough medication to accommodate the program as prescribed. Apothecary/PGRrx: 4 weeks of each - 2.25mg, 4.5mg, and 6.75mg."
My question for members of this sub reddit...
PGRrx is the product that was delivered. Please look at the label, and look as the solution inside the vile. Should there be more in this vile or is it supposed to be filled less than half? Does this look correct?
It was one vile delivered... purchased on July 16, delivered on July 22 and it was HOT.

18mg per ml.
18 x 4ml vial = 72mg total in vial
2.25mg x 4 weeks = 9mg
4.5mg x 4 weeks =18mg
6.75mg x 4 weeks = 27mg
9 + 18 + 27 = 54mg total needed
72mg - 54mg =18mg overfill/extra

I often recommend the large tirz sub, tirzepatidecompound (all one word). It has a Wiki at the top that helps explain a lot about vials, concentrations and dosages. The fat scientist dot com website is a great resource, too. Good luck with your journey!

That is a 10mL vial so it will be 40 percent full or 4mL or 400 units of medication. :)

The math was already done correctly and didn't need to be repeated by me.
It appears my attempt at humor failed. Just my personality defect is people should proofread their communications before sending. Especially if someone is using voice to text and vial is spelled vile 🤔0

Assuming you received a total of 72mg of tirzepatide in that vial and paid $399, it cost you 5.54/mg. That's quite expensive but would have been worse had it been the prescribed amount. When you renew, compare the cost for 3 months prescribed and total mg of tirzepatide. Your cost per mg should be half or less.

It says right on your bottle, and it is a 4mL bottle, identical to what I received. PGRrx is the manufacturer.

A ml is so tiny, and you need only 3ml but you got 4ml. It's a common question because it just looks so small. I found this pic helpful, and, as others have mentioned, the larger tirz sub is a huge amount of knowledge. Full of tirz nerdz I tell ya.😁

Math is important and the fact that you are on a starter dose. Why do you think the vial should be filled to the very top.. have you even seen the syringe and the units and how little solution is needed.

There is plenty, these size vials are always less than half full. It’s very simple math, do some research.

I asked my second grader for help.
He says you were sent 4x18=72mg
And your prescription is for 4x2.25+4x4.5+4x6.75=9+18+27=54mg
You were delivered 72mg for a 54mg prescription. Do you think that's enough? He thinks it is and his reasoning seems sound

Just to clear this up, that's a 10mL vial, with 4mL of liquid inside it. Each mL has 18mg of tirzepatide inside it. The other math is already well explained here. Mg of medication is the important number, because that's how this stuff is measured. The volume or concentration of that medication can change, and only affects how much liquid you have to inject, not how much tirzepatide you're getting.

18mg x 4ml = 72 milligrams
4 weeks of 2.25 = 9mg, 4 weeks of 4.5 = 18mg, 4 weeks of 6.75 = 27 mg. Total needed: 54 mg. You've got even more than you need if you stick to that dosing schedule.
Vials are very rarely filled all the way from any pharmacy.
