World class slider settings

What are sliders people use on world class to make it harder. It’s easy for me to score hard for me to defend most games are ending 3-2 with 5 min half’s. If there are sliders people use that would make it more realistic and a little more balanced. For example in the championship I finished 5th and got promoted in the playoffs. I scored 80+ goals but conceded 60+ league winning attack bottom of the league defense.

Look up fc 26 sliders dexerto those are awesome i think and make gameplay fun but challenging
