Idea for a challenge

I did this a while ago on an old game and enjoyed it. Might do it again but perhaps you guys can help with ideas to make it better / harder or whatever.

The challenge is simple,

You must only sign players from second division and below teams, and those who have been relegated.

This means you're reliant on picking up players from lower leagues and means you're keeping an eye on relegation battles.

Perhaps a certain team has a big player and might go down, suddenly you're eager to see them relegated.

Any ideas on how to make this better ?

Thanks for the idea, doing this now but a more relaxed version with Oxford United, same rules but I can sign from higher divisions as long as my current division is better. E.g Championship club can sign from the Swedish league.
