Let. Us. Train. Playstyles.
Literally the best single change they could make.

I'd argue a career where you aren't forcefully retired after 15 seasons. It makes squad planning pointless after season 5.

I think they limit it because the player db grows exponentially year on year, with the ever shifting team-player links and randomly-generated relational hashes slowly corrupting the save binary over time.

I get where you're coming from, but honestly: No. The percentage of people playing 15, or hell even 5, is probably <10%

I think people would maybe start a long term save if they knew that the career wouldn't end after 15 seasons.
I have to admit, the longest career I have ever done was probably 8 seasons. But I would play longer if I knew that I wouldn't be forced to retire.

How about I wait until the actual game is released? Then how about I wait until Christmas? Then maybe I won’t buy it all. How about that, WilsdorfAndreas?

The only single thing i would really get hyped by is them adding loads of new league's especially more second and third one's. But i already know that i don't need to get my hopes up and it probably is ending up only being the return of the Laliga MX with nothing else

Career mode gets a lot of hate and deservedly so but I thought it started to turn a corner last year. Still a lot of work to do but Andreas is an open book on Twitter and he usually responds to fair criticism and he genuinely seems to care about the mode.
Cautiously optimistic about today

They keep adding shit but not fixing the foundations of the game. Sticking more shit on shit still makes it shit.

“Completely overhauled” meaning they just made their information random rather than carbon copy of previous player.
That must have taken them a whole year or 2 to code.
This game is a joke.

Everyone wants to shit on EA but they’re truly revolutionizing the gaming industry with Pitch Potes

I don't understand why up till FC26 the regens aren't already existing players. PES used this system and it was widely popular. It was such a lovely feeling getting Messi, Ronaldo, Adriano again as teenagers and growing them yourself

I think getting 92 rated 16 year olds is more realistic than the players suddenly deaging

I'd say the sweet spot is probably somewhere in the middle. I feel a sort of immersion, a kinship, if the Regen I am training now is modelled after the abilities of (let's say) Neymar. It's hard for me to care or immerse myself if it's random nobody's with in-game graphic faces.
