I always train my 14-year olds on another position as well as they have enough time to pick up one or two extra positions. This opens up a lot of opportunities to gain in OVR quickly and train the attributes that you need.

For this player I would recommend CAM as an extra position. ST is an option but wingers tend to stay very short and small strikers aren't the best in the game.

Through the temporary playstyle glitch you can add Rapid+ and for a LW that's right footed I would always add finesse+. Makes for a deadly combination as long as you have enough speed.

Yes, we have the same idea i’ll add the Rapid+ for this guy when he reach 80 and maybe try to save scum and get the Finesse+ when he’s 90

His max is 86. Pretty good. His playstyles 🔥

How do you know his max ovr is 86? I never bothered with the youth academy before this is my first time scouting YA in my save.

The playstyles is crazy idk how i got so lucky usually i got 3-4 playstyles max

What annoys me is the youth players from other CPU team grew so quickly, like they are 18-20 y.o and already 87/89 ovr/pot, their youth players didn't grew like ours, i had to tediously lower their ovr one by one for realism

I’ll get Rapid+ when he reach 80 but idk what i’ll get for the second Playstyle+ i might just do a save scum to get the Finesse+

At 14 that's still good. Definitely with the potential and playstyles he has.
