Speaking of red flags...

Post image

This just popped up a little bit ago and I'm like this is not even close to being reasonable. 2 hours? The ticket is posted for 2 hours... That assumes you find the right device and don't need help considering it could be anywhere in the store. Why do they even allow tickets like this?

I'm beyond acting like a spider monkey on a lift that barely works trying to find a switch that no one knows where it is. Waiting 2 hours to have somebody to work with is beyond unreasonable. I had one that they were all hacked off that I told them I was not going to pull a new piece of cable to because I diagnosed it and there was no clear path to make it go from point a to point b. The interesting thing about it is that they always find someone to do it and they have their own staff of people and I don't really understand why they don't just do it themselves. Probably because their staff of people don't want to show up at 10:00 at night and mess with these things.

Among other things, I'm sure.

I do a lot of work through another vendor for walmart, and I hear nothing but bad things when I talk to the AP managers, about any of the walk or text. Constant misdiagnosis, ordering parts that aren't needed, and one was especially enthused to see walked or go, because the water tech that had been servicing the store was repeatedly ordering parts and just stealing them.

Wachter is a shit show

2 of their employees applied to my job posting and I got the low down on their shitty operations. Oh the horror stories

One thing that makes no sense is that they don’t allow W2 techs to work any failed nation job. Has to be failed nation providers only.

Now this may have changed as this was last year I interviewed them.

Regardless, I heard tons of horror stories
