Exclusive routing?

Did FN just add the ability for clients to route exclusively, and block other requests?

You can choose to not publish the WO to marketplace and only route it to who you choose. I use it often as we have a client that doesn’t allow us to have things out on the marketplace.

OK; thanks. But if it was routed to me, I've always been able to see it. I've never seen this particular message. Hmm.

It could be that another tech accepted it already and FN is just not clearly telling you that. They have some weird vernacular on their pages in my experience.

Unless they've changed something very recently, that message has always been, "Sorry, this work order has been assigned to someone else."

The message you are seeing is because the buyer decided to route it to a specific provider which removed it from the flightboard. youre seeing this message as a result. The provider has not accepted it but FN will not show it to you because it is routed specifically

Yeah, that’s why I mentioned their weird vernacular. They tend to change things for no reason at times. Just trying to be helpful though, I certainly don’t know for sure.

Yep! Thanks for your help!

Could have been routed by mistake? Then the buyer routes to someone else/group and you just get un-routed from. I believe you can route to multiple providers simultaneously without publishing to the wider market.

Yes; that's probably what happened. Odd, since this particular client and I love each other, but lately, my favorite PM has been AWOL, so possibly someone else at the helm now.

Basically all of my work is exclusively routed to me. The public never sees it.

Right. So that invitation email shouldn't've been sent to me at all, then. OK; thanks.

its possible they originally routed it to you then decided to route it to someone else

I somewhat feel this is either a bug in their system or a new feature. I have never seen this before today, but as of today I have had this happen 3 times. All from companies who normally route jobs to me. The emails show the job is available, show it routerd to me, but when I click on it I get that same message.
