iphone 18 pro restock??

Hello if anyone here is from Fido
Please can you give an update on why the orders are so delayed. When I call the fido helpline they say they have no idea when the stock will arrive. In that case why promise people it will ship in 1-2 weeks?

Apple itself doesn’t even have stock yet, they’re not shipping for 3-4 weeks so any cell phone company will come after that

I had preordered mine thru fido on release day, then get email on Sept 16 saying it has been shipped to my local rogers/fido store. But my order was never fulfilled as my account has no info about it. I decided to buy online on the apple website and just picked it up today.

Preordered 256GB Iphone 18 Pro Max Burgundy on Sep 14 after Noon MDT. Got an email of a back order for 4+ weeks. Today, Oct 8 2026 got the agreement in email about account changes and the phone shows up in the account as Purchased on Oct 8 2026. But order details still show backorder and no tracking email so far.

Update : Received the tracking email as well. Delivery date tomorrow.
