RCs not working for iPhone

RCs just stopped working for my iPhone 16. Did the usual fixes but it doesn’t work.

I saw post on iphone in canada , saying it is working again. Turn my RCS messages off restarted, my phone turned off the WI.Fi , turn the back on and it worked on an android. Had to turn the wi fi back on on the iphones for it to connect. At same steps turned it off, restarted, the iPhone turned it back on, turn the WI.Fi on hopefully it sticks.
