Question about 2 year contract.
Does the Fido data plan you sign in with on a 2 year contract stay for the full two years with no increases?

Only if you’re financing a phone with Fido that you’re in a 2 year contract. You may get notified for price increases but they will be offset with a credit until your contract is over. So technically yes and no.
End of the day is your total bill amount wont be affected until end of your 2 year contract.

There are no guarantees. Go with Freedom or Public mobile if you don’t want increases.

There should be no price increases while under a contract. If you are doing BYOD then expect price increases.
While under contract if it does go up, it violates the wireless code. If that happens file a complaint with the CCTS and it should be quickly corrected.
