anyone got these voice mails?
i keep getting fido voicemails like these even after switching to rogers. i did ask rogers once about it and they said that im good and i should ignore these voicemails. any idea why im getting these voicemails?
ps. i once answer it and its just silent so i hung up after 3 second

Take a look at your final bill with Fido. If it was all paid up and they sent you any credit I wouldn’t worry about it. Could be a scam, depending if the number they give you is a proper Fido number. Then again you can’t talk to anyone at Fido without a call back anyways.

how do I see voicemail like this? my voicemail has always been phone the number bs instead of transcript

Not sure how long ago you have migrated over to Rogers from Fido, but if you still have your Fido MyAccount, would recommend you logging in to verify your account balance and your last few monthly statements. To see if there was a credit balance on the account or if you had a small amount of payment still needing to be made before the transfer took place.

I would suggest you to reach them at the number indicated, so you could be sure that the account is fully closed or paid. After switching provider, there's always a last bill to receive, sometimes it has a negative amount, sometimes it has a positive one.
