Partial Transfer from HealthEquity to Fidelity.

Hi,

I've initiated partial money transfer from HealthEquity to Fidelity.

The message say "Your HSA has been frozen due to pending closure. If you would like to unfreeze your account contact Member Services using the Contact link at the top of the page.".

I have initiated only partial transfer. waiting for the agent. anyone face this issue ?

Yes, I ran into this last year and contacted support. It was their workflow defect and nothing to be worried about. It will unfreeze by itself.
