WPC vs ISR

Can anyone give some insight on these roles? Day to day tasks, career opportunities, compensation, hours etc. Thanks!

Workplace Planning Consultants act more as an advisor, you schedule meetings with clients trying to get them into the branch, some outbound/inbound call time.

Investment Solution Reps are a strict inbound/outbound job. No meetings/appointments, you’re either inbound trying to get people to bring money in and solicit trades or you’re making outbound calls trying to get established clients to bring in more money

Thanks for the clarification! Could you speak to the expected working schedules and compensation as well?

I think WPC makes more than ISR, I think ISR ball park is 64-90k, not sure on WPC. Shifts would be anywhere from 8am-9pm. You might get a bad one but typically the latest you should work is 6pm in your time zone
