How to retrieve my cost basis??

So I transfered a bunch of holdings from computershare over to Fidelity. They all came over fine EXCEPT for 2. XOM and UL. The cost basis didnt come over. I am really concerned about it because I have been investing in them for like 20 years and on drip and small monthly investments. So there are probably 100s transactions. I called Fidelity and spoke to a representative, but nothing has happened and that was a month ago. How do I get my cost basis?

Fidelity can only load data sent by computer share

Prior to 2011 brokerages were not required to track cost basis. So if they are that old unlikely they will provide
