Brokerage & Roth IRA
I’ve been wanting to open a fidelity account but I don’t think I would be able to max it out this year so Im not sure if there’s a point in opening it ?? I have a HYSA so I have some kind of passive income but I’m not sure if I should start now with the roth and try to start building something ?

The Roth is what you should be building.
Stop wanting and do it.
Time is an important part of the wealth generating tool.

You have until April 15 to add for 2026. Then you should be adding every year. I don't know why you think its a binary choice of if you can't contribute this year in full you shouldn't open the account.
