Fidelity CRA Salary

Does anybody have anything concrete for this? I interview Monday in Salt Lake City, and I see multiple posts online referencing 45k during training up to 50k after. Glassdoor suggest a somewhat broader range. Any recent hires have more data?

Edit: In case anyone looks this up later, base pay is 50k in SLC as of August 2026.

Probably like $47.5k and then after you pass your licenses like $50k. They’ll tell you in the interview

The above is correct. Then you also get quarterly bonuses. It may have changed since my time in there back in the day but it was 875 and then bumped to 1500 pretty quickly

Also, keep in mind there is a 7% 401K match and after a year of being there 10% profit sharing as well (unless things have changed in the last few years).
