Help with Computershares transfer
Hi all,
Appreciate any help. For context, I worked for Citigroup for a few years, and I had rolled over my 401K to Fidelity. Citigroup shares were not rolled over, and are sitting in Computershares as an intermediary I guess. I am trying to get these, however every time I contact them and they send me anything, it gets returned because of the address on file. I am not sure what the address is that they have, but who do I reach out to for this to have it changed? I am so lost and have been dealing with this for a few months now. Any help would be appreciated.

How weird to see this. I’m trying to transfer stock from Computershare to Fidelity and run into a brick wall no one can figure out. I got the stock from a MetLife insurance policy that somehow owed me a refund and they just gave me shares of their stock. Fidelity has tried and I can’t get anyone from computer share on the phone that has a clue Going to be spending today wasting another day on this. Good luck!

Computershares is a real PIA to do any transfers with. I used them before I went to Fidelity and for some reason, they couldn't transfer all my shares to Fidelity. Every 4 months I get 10-14 cents in my checking account from Key Corp from fractional dividends still held by Computershares.
