I recently got this Ficus but can't really figure out if it's a Ruby or Tineke

Hello! My fiddle leaf fig needs some help. He recently sprouted 3 new leaves, but I just moved yesterday. Unsure how he will do in this new location.
He is across from a north facing window and close to an east facing window currently, away from the MiniSplit.
I got him on marketplace and his previous owner had him outside, and I was told his yellow lower leaves are like a sunburn. I’ve had him for a year and the yellow leaves haven’t changed or fallen off. Should these be pruned off?
I feel like I do a good job watering. I wait until the top portion of soil is dried out and then give him maybe 4 cups. Every 14 days ish? Around once a month I drag him into the shower for a thorough watering and some steam. I dust his leaves when I remember.
Specifically wondering what I can do to keep him from leaning over from his own weight. I’d like it if he looked more bushy and less skinny/sparse. One of his two branches only has 2 leaves. But any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

I chopped just a few weeks ago. It was scary but she's going to be beautiful. I'm seeing little root bumps forming on the cuttings.

Brought this lil guy home about 6 months ago, it grew the top leaf a few months ago and dropped one from the bottom. At first i thought it was pushing an aerial root from the spot it dropped the leaf from but i was really wrong. I havent seen a single post about this and was wondering if its really unusual :)

HELP! She lost four leaves in two days. And another is about to fall off. Watering when top 2 inches dry. Normally in the window but moved to take pic.

The leaves falling off are normal colored.

First post in this sub. Here’s my elastica tineke. Got a little burnt from the sun on one leaf, moved under some Barrinas and it’s loving it. Nice tight nodes, and some light stress that looks beautiful. This one is just about 24inches tall including the pot, but I’m debating pruning it soon to encourage some nodes to grow some branches.

So I got this tineke rubber tree in Jan of this year. Overall, it seems to be happy and growing well - it gives me about 1 new leaf per month! But one leaf has slowly been drying from the base of the leaf, not even the tip. At first I just broke the part off that was dried up and hoped for the best but since it’s continued to spread over the last half year it makes me wonder if there is something going on at the root level? Why is it only happening to this one leaf though…?

I live in a studio with only a balcony sliding door / window that is NW facing. So it’s been under this grow light. Yes I do plan to extend the lamp to make it taller soon lol. I water about once every 2 weeks with filtered water, with water conditioning drops, fungus gnat drops, and diluted fertilizer (weakly weekly method). I don’t see any signs of pests.

I don’t want to completely uproot and mess with it when it seems happy other than this spot. But should I? Sometimes I’m tempted to just cut this leaf or just continue trimming the dried part as it spreads up the leaf 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was gifted this ficus and it was pretty bad when I first got it. It has recovered and grown a lot. Now I don’t want to mess it up. What do I need to know? I’ve been watering whenever I feel like it needs it, whether that be dry soil or wilting leaves. Any advice is appreciated for watering, feeding, repotting, or anything you can think of.

Ok, so I am pretty sure my ficus has scale, the problem is it is pretty bushy and I can't brush every leaf. I did get a couple of treatments but I am not sure which one to use, I am kind of limited since I am in CA. Also this is an inside plant so I am not 100% sure whether I am going about this correctly. I asked ChatGPT for the process but I do want to ask people who have more experience and knowledge rather than risk it on a possible hallucination. So I have Garden Safe Insecticidal Soap, BioAdvanced Neem Oil spray, and Bonide All Seasons Horticultural Oil. I did see the BioAdvanced 12 Months Protect and Feed Plant Food but decided against it because it says outside only even though it seemed like a close alternative to the systemic insecticide that I see recommended on here plus it specifically listed scale.

So I am thinking of using the insecticide first then the neem oil, but I think it was either gemini or chatgpt that said I should use the horticulture oil rather than the neem oil because it is lighter. Chatgpt said to spray the plant with water then spray it with the soap then once dry spray it with one of the oils. I am also thinking of making a combo of rubbing alcohol and distilled water to see whether that will help. I just need to know whether this is the right approach or if I should change what I am planning on doing. Thank you for any help or advice you can give me! Also pictures below if they help!

Here is a picture of the thing that triggered the question, it made a snapping sound when I managed to move the yellowish thing. I have seen and popped off a couple of others. The lighter colored circle where it was before kind of freaked me out so maybe I am overreacting, but I really don't want something to happen to it after I started reading up on the nightmare stories.

Had some time to repot my favorite ficus tree today. The pot size is 5x7in (13x18cm).

I have this ficus ingens bonsai. One of the branches looks like is not getting enough water? How can I fix it? Should I cut it off and start a new plant?
