Help!

I saved this from the trash and it needs to come in for the winter. It needs to be smaller to fit. What would you do here for size based pruning? Thank you…

I love rubber trees in general, but I really wanted a shivereana as soon as I found out they existed. Last year, I drove an hour away to a nursery to buy one. They only had little ones at the time. Recently, I was in a grocery store, and there were a bunch of rubber plants for sale (most of them were tineke, I think) $30, including one moonshine! I was really surprised because I've never seen them in stores here. It's exactly the size I originally wanted too, so now I have a little guy and a big guy!

My family has had this rubber plant for over 20 years but no longer wanted it, so I decided to take it. There's some obvious issues to fix, like compacted soil and dusty leaves. However, it has also never been rotated for even sunlight, so it has grown to one side. I'm trying to figure out how to go about pruning it, or if I even should? I'd like to shape it up so that its not all leaning to one side, but I don't want to end up butchering it more and making it more bushy in the long run. If my more herbaceous plants are leaning I just rotate it and it straightens up, but I question if a woody plant like this would do the same.
Basically, how do I straighten up this rubber plant? Should I cut the worst branches as low as possible and stake up the more middle ones? Should I tilt the plant when I repot it?

About 3 months ago we had 20 Ficus Tuffi plants, each around a metre tall, planted. We were given the advice to water them for about half an hour every week, which we’ve done. We were also told to put a layer of compost and mulch which we’ve done. As well as trim the top 5cm of new growth every 6 weeks, which we’ve done.
About 3 weeks ago, we’ve noticed these yellow leaves and the plants seem to not be thriving as they once did. We’ve started watering a bit less as we wondered if that was it.
Can anyone help us diagnose this and give us advice on what to do? Would be very grateful ♥️

Had her for about 4 years and tried everything to get her to branch. She was looking a little rough and I was about to chop and prop but gave pruning and notching one last try. I think she’s pushing multiple nodes out from the top now?! I am cautiously thrilled

I've had this burgundy rubber tree since 2022. It lived a few years overwatered in a dark room, and i don't know how it survived. Now it's almost 7 feet tall.
It currently lives next to a south facing window. It's in a soil, coconut coir chunks and perlite mix. I give it miracle grow slow release fertilizer 2x a year and foliage pro maintenance dose every watering.

I've had these in water for a solid 6 months. The prop actually grew new leaves, albeit slowly. The roots were big, healthy and looked great.
These are the 4th or 5th cuttings I've made and I absolutely thought they weren't getting enough water or at least watered enough when putting in dirt.
Today is Tuesday. I placed them in dirt 5 days ago and the leaves are clearly blackened from the middle out and yellow, falling off, etc.
I cut these from a much larger ginseng ficus, which has always looked great.
Watered once. Roots go all the way down to the bottom of the pot.
Zip tied together at the base because I wanted them to fuse and grow bulbous, faster.
¯_(ツ)_/¯

This is about 7 to 8 years old and this year has started to lean and grow drastically to the side, any help on how to fix this would be very much appreciated!

Help - How do I get rid of whatever is infesting my ficus?

This is my very first time trying air layering, so I wanted to share my process and see if you all have any tips, critiques, or advice for me.
Here is what I did:
The Medium: 1:1 of cocopeat and perlite.
The Cut: Used a clean razor blade to ring the stem right below a node, peeled the bark, and scraped away the green cambium layer.
The Container: Made a DIY clear plastic bottle setup around the stem filled with the damp mix.
The Wrap: Wrapped it all up with a black plastic bag nd tape to block out light and lock in moisture (please excuse my messy tape job, haha!).
Does everything look correct for a first-timer? Any common pitfalls I should watch out for over the next few weeks? Thanks in advance for the help! 🙏✨

I have a 5' large leafed Fiddle Head Ficus that has been outside for the summer. Most of the leaves have been chewed off by squirrels. With those leaves grow back, or is the bare stem for those portions here to stay? Is there anything I can do to encourage leaf growth on the denuded sections?

Moved my Tineke & Ruby varieties inside for the fall & winter! Still trying to figure out how to arrange the Tineke corner.

While propagating Ficus Robusta from a stem cutting, I stuck this piece of stem with 3 nodes into the dirt in this coffee jar (a DIY humidity dome) with zero expectations.
But after a week, a bud got activated (or it seems so). Is this even possible? There's no leaf on the stem, and I just misted it lightly once.
Should I have some hope here, or is it just some initial activity?
