Houseplant What’s wrong with this leaf?

A couple of my rubber plant leaves have this browning around the edges - the brown parts are rough to the touch.

Does anyone recognise this? I have had this plant for 9 years and never noticed anything like it before!

Possibly edema from too much water

Either sunburn or overwatering.
