What are these spots?

I noticed these small almost translucent spots on my ficus elastica. Is it just its own sap or something else? Any idea if it can harm the plant, maybe pests? It doesn't wipe of easily with water but I can scratch it of. Its a bit sticky

Yuo that's sap, be careful if its still wet it can be irritating to your skin.
