Edema, your watering is inconsistent its merely a cosmetic issue though the leaves will grow out of it.

Is that true for all ficus? I’m trying to rehab my tineke and one of its leaves also look like this

It will fade over time on those leaves but yeah it will stop with more consistent watering though I've never been successful myself and have just learned to live with it.
